ABI Provides Guidance on Premium Finance
This initiative from the Association of British Insurers is a positive step, setting out key principles for insurers looking to meet the challenges of premium finance. I firmly believe that with the right financial models and governance frameworks based in these principles, insurers can deliver great customer outcomes and financial results without needing to rush to outsource which can sometimes just add complexity, cost and loss of customer experience.
